"What's my sweet spot?"

I've been asking myself that question ever since I celebrated my 20th year in business.

So often we get carried along in our careers and in our lives just because things are "flowing".

Ask yourself, "What's my sweet spot?". Does your answer align with the life you're living?

Leading others is more than directing action. It's also helping to guide people to discover and align with their sweet spot.

My sweet spot involves teaching others and forming community. There's a special feeling I get when I can build safe spaces to guide people to discover themselves and learn something new.

It's easy for leaders to assume they have to go it alone. With the amount of responsibility we face, it's hard to find safe spaces to share your challenges and get sound advice.

This space is provided not only to gain strategies and tools, but more importantly it's a space to share thoughts, learn together and support each other.

As the saying goes, "two heads are better than one".
