What do you believe is the biggest barrier to embracing change in your team?

Ask the tough questions that go beyond the surface; true transformation requires digging deep into the real issues. This was the theme for today as we tried to tackle numerous challenges in the office. So often, we only focus on surface-level solutions and avoid digging deep to just "get it done." However, continuing to do so won't lead to lasting change. Today, we took a different approach as we embraced the discomfort and asked our team members some hard questions. By exploring the root causes, we can uncover insights that drive genuine transformation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
