The Change Agent group provides a place for everyone to stay up to date on E4C360™ and The KARS Group LTD, connect and collaborate. This group is open to everyone on the E4C360™ app and allows us a central place to come together.

We call anyone experiencing and navigating shifts Change Agents. As Change Agents, you face uncertainty from every angle. This space allows us to share information and insights with you and provides an opportunity for you to connect with others around change, leadership, challenges, learning and growth.

We may all be in the same storm, but we're in different boats.

Focusing too much on the "doing" with considering Alignment, Clarity and Timing can be a recipe for disaster.
