"What's my sweet spot?"

I've been asking myself that question ever since I celebrated my 20th year in business.

So often we get carried along in our careers and in our lives just because things are "flowing".

Ask yourself, "What's my sweet spot?". Does your answer align with the life you're living?

Leading others is more than directing action. It's also helping to guide people to discover and align with their sweet spot.

My sweet spot involves teaching others and forming community. There's a special feeling I get when I can build safe spaces to guide people to discover themselves and learn something new.

We're making some shifts and pivoting to better serve the needs of those leading through and experiencing change. With that comes some updates in how we utilize the app and ways we engage with each other moving forward.

A few things to note:

1. This community is now a part of the E4C360™ App. E4C = Equipped for Change and 360 = a 360-degree view of leadership--which includes the WHOLE person.

2. Our engagement in this group will shift. We'll begin sharing notes, resources, insights and invite commentary and conversations around issues, best practices and ways to support each other as we navigate and lead through change.

3. This is a safe space. What's shared here, stays here. What's learned here, leaves here. With that being said, please do not share any proprietary or confidential information. This is an open group, so government yourselves accordingly.
