Change is a process that begins with an event.

"When I found myself sitting in my attic during Hurricane Katrina with rising flood waters rushing into the house, I realized that change was upon me. Five days later when I was airlifted out of New Orleans and placed on a plane going who knows where, I knew I was starting a new chapter. When I arrived at a Red Cross evacuee camp and saw the chaos around me, I knew life would never be the same. When made the decision to get involved, I felt I could make an impact. When my efforts created successful outcomes, I knew I had found my sweet spot." ~Keisha A Rivers
