About Keisha:

As Chief Outcome Facilitator and President of The KARS Group LTD, Keisha A Rivers has over 14 years of experience in the strategic consulting and organizational development space assisting clients to achieve desired outcomes through development of leadership, diversity, inclusion and learning communities. Her background includes experiences as: private foundation executive director; minor league soccer franchise general manager; curriculum and program development chair; strategic development consultant; assessment and evaluation coordinator; professional development chair; leadership and . development facilitator as well as various committees for private sector, nonprofit and educational projects. Keisha holds a BA in Elementary Education from University of Pennsylvania and a MA in Curriculum & Instruction from University of New Orleans with a concentration in Leadership & Development. She gives back to the community through her nonprofit organization, The KARS Institute, which provides opportunities for collaboration, training and development to new and emerging community and nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurs.
